I recently purchased the NEW OLD HICKORY 753-31/4 USA MADE 3 1/4″ INCH PARING KITCHEN KNIFE and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The knife is made in the USA, which was a big selling point for me as I like to support American-made products.
The size of the knife is perfect for intricate tasks such as peeling fruits and vegetables or deveining shrimp. The blade is sharp and stays sharp even after multiple uses. I have found it to be durable and easy to clean.
I would highly recommend the NEW OLD HICKORY paring knife to anyone in need of a reliable kitchen tool. It has quickly become one of my go-to knives in the kitchen.
